My name is Lizardbeth Lulu, but you can call me Liz. I do a lot of exploring around the world of Second Life, and this blog is designed to show you the best of the best stuff that I find.
You may say "Well geez Liz, we already have a bazillion blogs out there for SL! I'm tired of seeing the same fashion reviews and the same event pimpage & the same designer butt-kissing!" Well, then I say to you, that is not what this blog is about. My goal here is to simply show you, my readers, that there is more to SL than casinos, strip clubs, and cheap malls. I will not claim to be a fashion critic, and won't be showing you "the new look of this season". While I will accept tip offs for stuff to check out, I will not be bribed/influenced/blackmailed into pimping someone's new house, store, or clothing line; if you try to offer me $L or freebies to this effect, I will turn them down.
What should you expect to see here? Just about anything I can snap a screenshot of that I think is nifty and applause-worthy: Cool avatars, neat mix&match clothes, awesome architecture & Themed sims, shiny objects & original games (as much fun as Tringo is, there are other games in SL worth playing!)
Lastly, in case you wanted to know a bit about me... You may see me in SL under a few different forms: My red-head humanoid self, my green "Hybrid" self (think Neko, only as a lizard), and my furry Lizard self. I like to shift around depending on my environment, because being a Furry in a normal sim - or even full human in a furry sim - can sometimes cause problems. Nothing like getting caged for accidently stumbling into a Gorean sim as a toony little Lizard!
Being a furry sometimes raises a number of questions, and equally as many eyebrows. But I hope you can look past those cute little cartoon eyes and see that all this little reptile hopes to do is to share with you the wonders to be had in Second Life. If I can do that, then my job has been a success.
